Hi, my name is Vanesa. I am originally from Croatia, but came to Munich when I was a child and grew up here in Germany. Even as a child, I was impressed with houses, their design, layout and decoration. My experience in Real Estate goes back 10 years ago when I started working at Remax as a real estate agent in Toronto where I supported both my Canadian and International clients. The expertise and knowledge I learned in North America, has been a solid foundation to further support my clients in Germany. I had the opportunity to work for several Real Estate Companies in Germany such as Immocation where I was able to bring the team to new heights and further gain my clients’ vote of trust and relationship.

Above all, customer service plays an important role for me. I want my customers to feel comfortable and trust me completely during the purchasing and sale process. For over a year now, I have decided to support and guide expats in the entire process of purchasing (and selling) a real estate investment and/or their primary home in Germany. I see how important it is to support our customers in order to provide them with security, guidance, peace of mind and direction. Because as I always say: “You’re not buying a “Bretzel”, you’re purchasing a property with a tremendous value over time” and that’s why it’s important to have the right expert on your side guiding you along the entire process. I am also fluent in the following languages: German, English, Spanish, Croatian.

Hi, my name is Dreiser Gonzalez. I am a Senior Consultant for Expats working and living in Germany. I left Cuba when I was very young and decided to move to North America to study and work in the Corporate & Investment Banking Industry.

I was fortunate to work for one of the largest Bank in North America for 13 years advising clients in the process of meeting and exceeding their Financial goals. As part of my career, I gained extensive experience in: Real Estate, Lending, Banking, Financial Planning, Private Banking, Insurances, International transactions, Trusts, Alternative Investments, Institutional Sales and Fundraising.

With over 19 years experience in Real Estate, Finance and Investment, I have an innate ability to connect with clients to build a long term Partner-Relationship.

It is because of this unique combination of work experience and skills that I am committed in providing my clients with true insight and realistic views of the opportunities and risks in the world of finance.

Now as a Sr. Financial Consultant, former Managing Director of Institutional – Alternative investments, I focus on the big picture approach rather than only one aspect of your finances. I believe that transparency, integrity and trust are the grounds to building a long-lasting client/advisor partnership.
